The very essence of Masco Cricket Academy is its world-class coaching staff, which has got to be led by Mohammed Salahuddin, a renowned coach who has earned many accolades as the national coach locally as well as globally. Masco Cricket Academy, the first academy of its kind, has got a talented team of coaching staff who are working relentlessly to train the budding cricketers to produce future leaders of the cricket. This coaching staff comprises senior coach, senior specialist coach, physio, trainers, who are considered best at their respective professional areas.

The Mentor

A man who knows how to build a star.

Mohammed Salahuddin, a renowned cricket coach with numerous national and international accolades, has taken on the responsibility of playing a major role at Masco Cricket Academy to shape young talents into skilled cricketers. He has served as a coach for the Bangladesh National Cricket Team, a Special Coach at the BCB National Cricket Academy, Head Coach for the Singapore National Cricket Team, and coached various teams in the BPL and Dhaka Division Leagues, as well as other local and international cricket venues.

Mohammed Salahuddin has made significant contributions to the development of many cricket stars in the country, including Tamim Iqbal and Mushfiqur Rahman. As the chief coach of BKSP, he provided close mentorship that helped these players reach their full potential.
